About us
We are lifelong learners of leadership and teach concepts through life experiences while giving a vocabulary and framework to leadership. Rooted in Bowen’s Family Systems Theory, we see the world as consisting of individuals influenced by their relationships (past and present). Through conversations and intentional questions, we seek self-differentiation and to promote the differentiation of others.
Our Vision
We strive to continue to learn and grow, to further self-differentiate, and promote the functioning of others. Our name, [of Leadership], is grounded in the definition of the preposition “of” - connected the part to the whole. Inasmuch, we endeavor to examine the intricacies of relationships (parts) and view them through an encompassing lens of leadership theory (whole). By learning, digesting, and processing the concepts and theories behind leadership we aim to increase our ability to function in life and to be a resource for those who are seeking to better themselves in that same way.
